"No matter the sector, the principles of financial wellbeing apply to everyone," Luca explains, emphasising the ripple effect it can have on personal confidence and workplace performance.

In spite of the challenges in establishing this service in Malta last year, Luca's workshops have helped companies and individuals reduce financial stress, which, according to a PwC study, affects 60% of the workforce. "When we help individuals take control of their finances, we’re not just boosting personal confidence—we're improving employee retention and performance as well," Luca adds.

Recognising the critical role financial health plays in overall wellbeing, Luca has partnered with large banks, Big Four firms, and SMEs to provide tailored financial assessments for workforces. His workshops are becoming a vital component in corporate wellbeing strategies aimed at reducing stress and boosting employee productivity.
