Ryan Fava has just been appointed Enemalta plc’s new Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

An engineer by profession, Ing Fava graduated in Engineering at the University of Malta and continued his studies at Brunel University London, before working as an engineer for different private companies.

He is serving his fourth consecutive term as the President of the Malta Dockers Union, after he was first elected to the post in 2014.

Commenting on his new appointment Ing Fava commended Enemalta’s employees and management for their diligence and commitment, whilst stating that drawing upon his experience as an engineer and a trade unionist, he looks forward to supporting this team as it continues to improve the quality of service to its customers in Malta and Gozo.

Enemalta wished him the best of luck in a statement issued on Wednesday, and thanked former Chairperson Jonathan Scerri for his contribution to the Company’s continued progress.
