Bank of Valletta (BOV) is set to host its first-ever Investor Days next week, providing shareholders and members of the financial community with a closer look at the bank’s performance, priorities, and long-term strategy.

The events will take place on 3rd November in Gozo and on 4th November in Malta, marking the beginning of a new initiative aimed at strengthening communication and engagement with investors and clients.

Each session will feature presentations from the bank’s senior leadership team, including Chairperson Gordon Cordina, CEO Kenneth Farrugia, and Chief Financial Officer Kevin Cardona. Members of BOV’s Executive Committee will also take part in a panel discussion covering topics such as financial results, digital transformation, customer service, sustainability, and governance.

Dr Cordina noted that maintaining regular dialogue with stakeholders is key to building trust and ensuring that the bank’s strategic direction aligns with the expectations of those who invest in it.

CEO Kenneth Farrugia highlighted the importance of these sessions as an opportunity to showcase the progress the bank has made in modernising its operations and becoming more customer-focused. He added that the bank is continuing to invest in its people, technology, and infrastructure to support sustainable growth.

Meanwhile, CFO Kevin Cardona said that engaging directly with investors offers an opportunity to explain the financial results in greater depth, providing clarity on the factors shaping the bank’s performance and outlook.

The Malta session, scheduled for 4th November at 5pm, will also be live-streamed, and interested participants can register online via the Bank’s official registration link.
