Beloved brands owned by Arcadia Group will no longer be available for online customers, with the website representing the brands in Malta being shut down as the fallout from Arcadia Group’s collapse reaches Maltese shores.

In a statement posted to Facebook, Dorkins Limited informed followers that, “Unfortunately, as you may have heard in the news, all Arcadia Group brands have been sold by Arcadia and will therefore no longer be operating any stores worldwide.”

These brands, it said, include Dorothy Perkins, Wallis, Evans, Topshop and Topman.

It noted that although the Arcadia brands website (www.dorkinsfashion.com) is permanently closed, customers can purchase any remaining items at a warehouse sale located at Dorothy Perkins in Merchants Street, Valletta.

“In the meantime,” the company said, “you can still purchase Superdry, CR7 and Clarks items on our other website.”

Although Arcadia brands will no longer be available for the time being, Dorkins’ new stores in Sliema feature a number of top brands including Sisley, UPIM, Croff, Blukids and Salsa Jeans.

Dorkins invited followers to stay tuned to its page as “we will soon be announcing the opening of two new brands”.

Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis were owned by Sir Philip Green’s Arcadia Group, which collapsed into administration in November 2020.

The Group's brands have been divvied up by its online-first competitors Asos and Boohoo.
