Harvest Technology plc has announced the appointment of Andrea Bocchino as Managing Director of two of its subsidiary companies, APCO Systems Limited and Ipsyon Ltd.

With regards APCO Systems, Mr Bocchino takes over from George T. Kakouras, who resigned from the post in May 2020.

Mr Bocchino previously occupied the role of head of risk at Ceevo Financial Services (Malta) Limited, a company unrelated to the Harvest group. Mr Bocchino will report to the respective boards of APCO Systems Limited and Ipsyon Ltd, as well as to the Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Group, Godwin Caruana, who also occupied the dual role of Interim Managing Director of Ipsyon Ltd.

Ipsyon is described as a market leader in the provision of secure payment solutions, with a mission to create more efficient, reliable and secure ways to transfer money digitally.

APCO Systems provides innovative industry-specific hardware for security, automation and self-service.

Both form part of Harvest Technology plc, which is in turn owned by 1923 Investments plc, an investment structure wholly owned by Hili Ventures Limited.
