E&S Group celebrated Director of Operations Debroah Vella’s eight years at the Group through a post on Thursday, in a time that has seen her fulfil several roles.

“Looking back eight years a lot has changed from when I first set foot at E&S,” Dr Vella said.

“All of the years have been an opportunity to excel and be around others that contribute so much to the firm,” she continued.

She emphasised her aim to “continue to strive forward” as well as “add valuable work towards the growth of the firm together with the entire team”.

Initially starting out as a Legal Officer, Dr Vella has risen through the Group’s ranks, being appointed a member of its Board of Directors, and also promoted to Chief Client Officer in 2020.

Her main focuses are Strategic Client Relationship Management, as well as the oversight of several of the Group’s operational functions.

She holds a Doctorate in Law and a diploma in Notary Public, both from the University of Malta.

As a group of companies and an associated group of legal advisors, E&S seeks to form a “boutique, multi-disciplinary corporate advisory practice” that assists a range of international clients.
