Pierre’s, a longstanding coastal restaurant in Marsalforn, shared photos showing the extent of the destruction that Storm Harry caused to its establishment.

The photos show that the restaurant, which has been open for decades, suffered serious structural damage, as well as damage to its doors and furniture.

"After Storm Harry, our beloved restaurant Pierre’s, Marsalforn has suffered irreparable damage,” the restaurant said.

“What you see in these photos is complete devastation. Years of hard work gone in one day. We are heartbroken, but deeply grateful that everyone is safe.”

"Thank you to all our customers, friends, and family for your incredible support during this extremely difficult time."

The restaurant said it is currently undergoing repairs and is doing its utmost to be reopen as soon as possible.

After the storm, the Government pledged to support impacted businesses through schemes like Microinvest and the Business Development Scheme, as well as the National Social and Development Fund.
