On Wednesday (today), Yana Azzopardi celebrated 11 years since the establishment of her business, Yana’s Jewellery.

Sharing the news of the anniversary on Facebook, Ms Azzopardi recognised individuals who have shaped the company’s journey over the past decade.

“It’s been an amazing ride, and none of it would have been possible without the support of our cherished clients, family, friends, collaborators, and our fantastic staff,” she stated.

Ms Azzopardi was inspired by her family’s history in jewellery making and what initially started as a hobby was later transformed into a bespoke costume jewellery brand.

In the following years, she was invited to exhibit her first collection in Brick Lane London and her growth motivated her to take up her hobby full time by opening her first shop in Msida in 2013, and another in Birkirkara. Yana's Jewellery has also taken part in Malta's fashion week on five separate occasions.

She has also collaborated with other brands for prestigious events such as Malta Fashion Week. In 2018 her works were featured in Colores del Flamencos collection. On the other hand, in 2019 she collaborated with Isle & Aqua combining jewellery and swimwear.

Looking ahead, Ms Azzopardi looks forward to more years of designing jewellery, surprises and creating unforgettable memories.

“Thank you for being part of our story,” she concluded.
