Theodoros Papadopoulos was appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer at Bank of Valletta plc in November 2024, having previously occupied the role of Chief Digital Officer at the same organisation. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
“I hold an MSc in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia from Stockholm University, an MSc in International Business (Public Policy) from Södertörn University, in Sweden and a BA in Public Relations and Communication Policy,” he explains.
Mr Papadopoulos is a digital transformation, digital banking, innovation and technology executive.
“Between 2011 and 2016,” he says, “I was engaged with Booking.com in the Netherlands, where I contributed to major digital initiatives. Before joining BOV, I held the position of Director of User Experience at Eurobank EFG, in Athens, Greece.”
His expertise extends across a broad spectrum of digital product management, specialising in customer experience, voice of the customer, design thinking, and customer journey mapping.
