The Founder-Managing Director of the European Pilot Academy, Ray Zarb is also Chairman of the Falcon Alliance Group.

“I pioneered the setting up of Malta’s first pilot academy in 1993 and, later, established a general aviation aircraft engineering facility. Having started my aviation career as a military pilot, I later dedicated myself to the internationalisation of the European Pilot Academy. The academy grew from a local set-up to an international pilot training hub with students from across the world,” he says.
