Michela Mifsud is the sixth-generation family member to join Mifsud Brothers Ltd. (MBL). She serves on the board as Managing Director and has been part of the leadership team since 2012.

“My role has enabled me to play an active part in the company’s internationalisation, representing MBL at major conferences and industry events across China, North America, and the Middle East,” Ms Mifsud shares, “I am committed to continuing the family legacy by ensuring the company’s sustainability and further expansion into the luxury travel sector.”

Alongside her responsibilities at MBL, Ms Mifsud also works as a Freelance Registered Nurse at Persona Med-Aesthetic Centre and AMAI Med-Aesthetic Centre. She is also a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and The Royal Malta Yacht Club.

Ms Mifsud holds Honours degrees in both Psychology and Nursing from the University of Malta and has contributed to the family business across multiple sectors including MICE, luxury travel and the cruise industry since 2009.
