The Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder of Fonicom. Kias Hanifa spent over two decades in the field of information technology, focusing on enterprise IT architecture and software. He has also worked as a technologist to develop cutting-edge solutions for a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

“I'm passionate about building amazing teams of talented people who are committed to reaching our corporate strategic objectives and propelling themselves to another level. I believe in the power of communication, which is why I'm always striving to learn new techniques to help myself and others improve our interpersonal skills,” he explains.

He admits that the most rewarding aspect of his work is watching his team “achieve great things together”.

“Working with a group of talented individuals to accomplish something that no one thought possible is a feeling like no other,” Mr Hanifa adds.

He has a passion for listening to people, exploring diverse cultures and continuous self-development and education. He is inspired by many things: the world, people, experiences but, most importantly, the drive to constantly improve himself and others.

Mr Hanifa is a visiting lecturer at Pondicherry Engineering College and IFET College, where he holds regular seminars and deliver keynote speeches on several technology-related topics.

He plays badminton and enjoys jogging as well as spending time with his wife and children.
