After 15 years working with the Thomas Cook Group, in 1998, Kenneth De Martino set up the KDM Group of Companies, which employs almost 2,000 people.

“I attribute the success of the Group to our values: pursuing excellence in everything that we do,” he asserts.

The Group has a diverse portfolio, with investments in different sectors, the prime focus being on aviation (Aviaserve), tourism (FCM), security (G4S), real estate (KDM Properties) and transportation (ctPark and Whizascoot).

“As an investment company, we look at ourselves as being focused but flexible and efficient, helping aspiring medium-sized companies to operate independently and to grow and achieve their potential for success,” Mr De Martino explains.

The group supports its consolidated subsidiaries with financing and strategic business management. However, they operate completely independently with their own management structure.
