Having joined Enemalta in 2015 to head its smart metering management project, focusing primarily on all smart meter-to-cash operations, Karl Cilia was appointed Member of the Board of Management three years later, heading the distribution systems sections.

“Graduated and specialised in information systems, I formed part of IBM’s Global Services team, specialising in utility business solutions for almost four years,” he explains.
