John Paris’ work and personal experience have led him to thrive in a team environment. Prior to co-founding Broadwing Job Placement Agency, Mr Paris worked as a sales executive and a general manager. He also enjoyed a successful waterpolo career.

“My previous experiences as the General Manager of a well-established company specialised in credit management services gave me a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting while honing my human resources and management skills.

“However, like many, I am driven by life beyond the office. It was my passion for sport and camaraderie along with my drive to succeed that made me become one of Malta’s top [waterpolo] players.

“Though retired from professional waterpolo, my dedication and work ethic remain through regular training and, most recently, coaching. I carried this work ethic, dedication, willingness to share my experiences and knowledge into the Broadwing ethos.”

Mr Paris stressed that Broadwing is all about helping people – assisting candidates to find a job they will love, and helping businesses find the right person for the role they need to be filled.
