Having worked in the HR world for over 30 years, John Muscat Drago has held several senior and top management positions at operational and strategic levels within both the public and private sectors.

“Throughout my career,” he asserts, “I assisted entities in people strategies while adding value through organisational design, recruitment and selection, training and development, reward strategies, performance management, employee experience and change management processes.”

As a trainer, he led and facilitated various leadership and HR management programmes in Europe and the Middle East.

Throughout these years he felt privileged to work with many organisations, directors and managers while following their development and growth.
