Joenick Farrugia occupied various managerial and leadership roles in the retail industry, from sales to technical to business administration, apart from a two-year stint managing anything related to fire, safety and security at Mater Dei Hospital.

“Throughout these years, I created and implemented strategic business plans for growth, to improve organisational efficiency and quickly adapt to the ever-changing needs of stakeholders,” he asserts.

Complementing work experience, Mr Farrugia graduated with a Master’s degree in Strategy, Leadership and Change Management in 2018 and is reading for a Doctorate in Business Administration to further enhance his educational background.
