A fellow member of ACCA (UK) and of the Malta Institute of Accountants and holding STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Planning) qualification, Jesmond Pace is also a registered auditor.

“My career started with Deloitte,” he explains, and, later, I founded Fact Group, through which we provide accountancy, corporate and audit services. We are licensed to set up trusts and act as trustees.

“As Managing Partner, I am responsible for tax and compliance, business and other advisory services.”

Fact Group evolved from a small practice, which started in 1998, to a set-up having a significant portfolio of clients and expanding into an international client base as well as a service provider to the local business community.
