Upon completing her university education, Janice Calleja embarked on her professional journey with Print&Merchandise Malta.

At the outset, her focus was on printing merchandise items and customising t-shirts to enhance clients' experiences, whether through office onboarding packages or event merchandise.

“Engaging directly with clients and overseeing logistical operations not only sustained but also evolved the company into the powerhouse we are today,” she explains. Such experience was instrumental in honing her managerial skills and each day presents an opportunity to further enhance her capabilities.

“The continuous pursuit of improvement has empowered me not only as a manager but also in successfully venturing into new markets,” Ms Calleja says.
