In her role as International Human Resources Manager, Ines Silva reports hierarchically to the Chief Executive Officers of both MAPFRE Middlesea and MSV Life and, functionally, to the EURASIA region of MAPFRE.

With 20 years’ experience in HR Management in a multinational environment, Ms Silva says: “I possess solid knowledge of HR training and development, performance and talent management, labour legislation, budget, strategic planning and CSR.”

She succeeded in implementing an ongoing organisational culture change based on trust and driven by results (flexibility and openness in the work environment; digital culture), concluding a new collective agreement and policies aimed at a better work-life balance, together with benefits for active ageing, maternity and paternity, and merging the HR function of both MMS and MMSV.

Ms Silva coordinates the MAPFRE Foundation, in Portugal, having covered over 150,000 beneficiaries.
