Francois Grech, who holds the position of Managing Director and founding partner of Exigy, has successfully led large-scale public and private digital transformation projects in Malta, the UK, Italy, and Germany.

Exigy, which specialises in digital transformation, has a track record of over 17 years of successful technology implementations.

Mr Grech calls himself a tech entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in corporate IT strategy, digital transformation and solution delivery.

He also serves as the Chairman of Tech Business within the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry, where he liaises with Government on matters related to the development and evolution of the ICT industry in Malta.

Mr Grech is the Deputy Chairman of Tech.Mt, an organisation formed jointly by the Government of Malta and the Malta Chamber to promote the island’s innovation and technology.

He previously held the position of Governing Board Member of Digital Malta, which coordinated the implementation of the National ICT Strategy 2014-2020.
