Faten Abdelrahman moved to Malta from Egypt, and after settling on the island and having her four children, she faced challenges finding childcare which met her expectations.
“I was unimpressed with the available options, so I took matters into my own hands and opened my first childcare centre,” Ms Abdelrahman explains. Driven by her love for children and a deep sense of responsibility, the venture quickly gained the trust of the community. Her dedication and hard work led to the opening of three more centres, with a fifth currently in development.
“My centres are known for their warm, nurturing environments and high standards,” Ms Abdelrahman continues. “Never one to rest, I am now venturing into development, expanding my entrepreneurial journey beyond childcare.”
Ms Abdelrahman’s story is a testament to resilience, vision, and the power of taking initiative. Today, she stands as an example of what determination and hard work can achieve, even in a new country.
