“I drive the operational goals of QuickLets and Zanzi Homes and oversee several functions including technological developments, project management, good governance, internationalisation, people experience, employer branding and, up until recently, also marketing,” Fabio Zuccaro asserts.

He attributes the key to any successful operation to the level of focus and attention given to the well-being of the human capital, who he describes as the beating heart of the company.

“Access to growth prospects is essential to bring out the best version of everyone,” he says.

Mr Zuccaro is currently seconded to Cyprus to manage the growth of the QuickLets and Zanzi Homes brands on the island, “with prospects of further growth in other jurisdictions later on through the years”.
