As an investments company, the Fortina portfolio caters to multiple industries whereby he oversees the company’s investments. These include: Ozo Group, Captain Morgan Holdings, Co-op Comino Ferries; CitySightseeing Malta, Marsamxetto Steamferry Services and iSeeMalta.

In addition, Mr Zammit Tabona is also a shareholder and Board Member of the Villa Anna Teresa Home for the elderly, Arrigo Group of Hotels, Arrigo Travel, Villa Arrigo Ltd, Osborne Caterers Ltd, National Insurance Brokers, 356 Entertainment Group and Ponte Investments Ltd.

Fortina Investments Ltd dates back to 1948, when brothers Maurice and Walter Zammit Tabona opened their first 40-bedroom, Tigne Court Hotel, in Sliema at a time when the tourism sector was simply a fledgling industry. Hotel Fortina was the second hotel opened by the Zammit Tabona brothers in 1966.
