As an educational leader, Donha Muscat is deeply committed to creating spaces where both students and teachers can excel. “My journey in education began over two decades ago but, in 2021, I opened my first childcare centre, driven by a passion for nurturing young minds and providing a safe, enriching environment for children,” she explains. It soon became clear to her that there was a significant gap in society – a shortage of well-trained childcare educators who could provide the high-quality care our children deserve. “This realisation,” she explains, “inspired me to take the next step: I opened an institute dedicated to offering comprehensive courses for carers.” Her goal is to equip future childcare professionals with the skills, knowledge and compassion needed to make a lasting impact on children's lives and meet the growing demand for qualified educators in the community.
