As Executive Director of Acmus p.l.c., Cliona Muscat plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategic vision and drive its expansion across Malta’s real estate landscape.

“Under my direction, Acmus has evolved into a forward-thinking property brand known for design-led developments, operational reliability, and a full-service experience,” Ms Muscat asserts.

With her background in international brand management, she brings a refined commercial sensibility to every Acmus project. She began her entrepreneurial journey in retail, founding International Fashion Company Ltd in 2015. Today, it operates eight stores across Malta representing popular European fashion brands including Springfield, Cortefiel, and Women’secret.

Beyond fashion, she also manages commercial and residential assets through Ona Real Estate Ltd and Ona Property Development Ltd. Spotting long-term value and delivering quality across different sectors has become a hallmark of her approach to business.

“Most recently, I’ve expanded into hospitality with the launch of Malta’s first AC Hotel by Marriott in St. Julian’s, followed by the opening of the Courtyard by Marriott in Sliema in 2025,” Ms Muscat explains. Both have been important personal milestones and reflect her growing involvement in the tourism and lifestyle space.

“I’m driven, detail-oriented, and always thinking ahead. Through Acmus, I’m working to set a new standard for contemporary living in Malta,” Ms Muscat says.
