“I’ve always had a keen interest in business, technology and healthcare,” Clara Grixti shares with a smile. This led her to study Computing and Business at the University of Malta, where her thesis focused on the healthcare sector. Nearly a decade later, that passion has grown into a career where she’s supported clients in successfully implementing and optimising projects, while also driving growth through business development.

Today, Ms Grixti is proud to lead as Product Manager for REVO, HLL’s flagship solution. “In this role, I’m focused on shaping its strategy and evolution,” she explains, “ensuring it continually adapts to meet the dynamic needs of users. I thrive on combining technical expertise with a sharp business mindset to create solutions that are not only functional, but truly transformative.”

What motivates Ms Grixti most is seeing ideas turn into real impact – technology that empowers healthcare providers, improves efficiency, and ultimately helps deliver better outcomes for patients. “That’s the future I’m committed to building,” she asserts.
