Having worked for the company for almost two decades, Christian Sullivan has, in the process, acquired knowledge of the local and international freight and shipping market and its key drivers.
“I bring enthusiasm and energy to the company, which I joined in 2004, and, through my previous role as Sales and Logistics Director, I have cultivated a belief in building strong sales strategies and the importance of establishing long term personal relations with customers and principals alike,” he asserts.
Mr Sullivan also focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with the company’s international partners and principals as well as attracting new service lines and trades. “I believe,” he notes, “that one of the most important parts of our business is the quality of service we offer to our customers and partners, as well as transparency. It is critical to satisfy our customers and retain their loyalty so they continue to use our services in the future.”
He points out that catering to the needs of the client is key to customer retention. “To provide an excellent customer service, a culture of serving clients must permeate throughout our organisation,” Mr Sullivan insists.
