Anthony S. Diacono has served as a Director of Medserv plc since 2001 and of Medserv Operations Ltd since 1997.

Following the merger of Medserv plc and Regis Group in 2021, Mr Diacono became Executive Chairman of the newly formed MedservRegis plc.

“As Executive Board Chairman,” he explains, “I provide overall strategic direction and insights and, together with the Board, draw up the organisation’s long-term strategy, goals and objectives.”

Mr Diacono held senior posts in the public and private sectors, is a past President of the Malta Federation of Industry and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of CommBank Europe Ltd in 2012.

Operating in the oil and gas industry, MedservRegis has served some of the largest companies in the space.
