With a career spanning nearly three decades, Andrew O’Leary been deeply immersed in the digital marketing and digital transformation sectors, focusing on direct response marketing.

“This field,” he explains, “has become more than just a profession for me; it is a genuine passion. My journey began with consulting roles for major brands like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Intel and Sainsbury's Bank, where I gained invaluable experience and honed my strategic skills.”

As a consultant, he has generated over $1 billion in sales across 27 industries. By combining his passion for digital marketing with his expertise as a growth hacker, he has developed strategies that not only boost sales but also drive brand growth and innovation.

In his most recent role, he worked as the Managing Director of an AI company that specialised in Document Intelligence for the fintech industry.

“Now, as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at BELS Malta, I am thrilled to be part of such an innovative school with ambitious plans. With the support of a talented team, I am eager to apply my skills to drive strategic initiatives, boost our use of digital technology in the classroom and utilise AI technology to enhance marketing efforts in this new sector,” Mr O’Leary says.
