Regus Area Manager for Malta, Andrew Grech, is responsible for the overall management of the four serviced office Centres here in Malta.
When he joined Regus in 2014, the company had one Centre in Swatar, and over the last few years, driven by both an increased demand for managed workspaces and later on further fueled by the pandemic which saw a shift towards the hybrid model, also referred to as 'work from anywhere', the company continued to strengthen its local presence, and as of 2024, Regus has four Centres, with three of them situated in St Julian’s.
"Today, we manage 175 private offices and 95 dedicated co-working desks," Andrew tells WhosWho.mt.
Part of his role is to grow and retain Regus' community of customers on the island who make use of the company's private offices, co-working areas, meeting room facilities and who also have access to the Regus global Business Lounges.
"This is only possible thanks to my teams on the ground who facilitate the day to day running of the Centres."
Regus forms part of IWG (International Workplace Group) and has over 4,000 Centres in 120 countries, and, over the past 30 years has driven and led the flexible workspace market.
