Anatoli Grech holds an Executive Director position on the board of Bank of Valletta plc. Previously, he was Head of Strategy and Regulatory Affairs at BOV Asset Management Limited.

“I’m also part of BOV’s Executive Committee, the Internal Control and Risk Management Committee, Asset and Liability Committee, Data Committee and chair the Product Governance and Pricing Committee,” he says.

Mr Grech is a Director on the board of BOV Asset Management Limited. He also chairs the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Asset Management and the Risk and Regulatory Committee of BOV Fund Services and is a member of the Risk and Regulatory Committee of MAPFRE MSV Life.

In addition, he is a member of the ESBG EU Supervisory Experts’ Working Group and a member of the ESBG Market Regulation Committee.
