Adrian Mizzi is Head of Consulting at IDEA Consulting, where he leads advisory work focused on digital transformation, AI-use maturity, operating models and evidence-led organisational improvement. His background spans more than 25 years in systems engineering, corporate IT architecture, executive technology leadership and consulting. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and he is pursuing an Executive DBA focused on organisational AI-use maturity and cybernetic control-plane methodologies.
