A lawyer by profession, Carl Peralta established 77 Great Estates over 15 years ago, with the agency focusing particularly on the high-end sectors, specialising in luxury residences and high street commercial properties in Malta. The firm also brokered multi-million euro deals overseas.

More recently Dr Peralta also set up a 77Attackers.com, one of Malta’s first football agencies.

Carl Perlata attended a Jesuit College and received his B.A. and LL.D from the University of Malta. On a personal level, Carl is married to Karen Peralta and we have two children: Alexander and Isabella.
