Seasoned human resources (HR) and leadership professional Olivia Rossi has left iGaming company Realm Entertainment Limited after nearly six years to “take on a new challenge” within the iGaming industry, she announced on Thursday.
When contacted by WhosWho.mt, Ms Rossi revealed that she will be taking on the role of Director of HR at another iGaming firm.
She described her time at Realm Entertainment as "exciting and challenging" that helped her "grow both professionally and personally".
“What a journey it has been! I now look forward to what’s yet to come and to what life has to offer,” she said. Ms Rossi thanked the company for allowing her to be “part of a great group”, and for the people she worked with, she shared in her online post.
“It’s amazing to see how much we achieved together since the day I started, and I am very proud to have been part of this journey! It was a great ride with challenges along the way, but many fun times and memories which I will forever cherish,” she added.
While the last few days have been “full of emotions” to her, and it was “very hard to say goodbye” to her colleagues, she is excited about her “new role and journey ahead”. “Bring it on,” Ms Rossi concluded.
Ms Rossi started off as HR Manager at Realm Entertainment, a position she stayed in for five years before being named Head of People, the role she worked in up until her announcement.
She also works as a Lecturer on a freelance basis. Prior to her time at Realm Entertainment, she worked at IT services provider Besedo for over two years, initially as HR Business Partner and then as HR & Administration Manager. Ms Rossi also had a two-year experience at Castille Resources as HR Operations Manager, along with a combined seven years at Inspire Foundation and Eden Foundation, first as Outreach Key-Tutor, and afterwards as Programme Coordinator.
She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, a Post-Graduate Award in Coaching and Mentoring from Central Mediterranean Business School, and also a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Social Sciences from The Open University.
