MI Malta, a local destination management company, paid tribute to late Director Joseph Farrugia on his birthday.
The company, in a bittersweet post on Facebook, shared numerous photos of fun times spent with their former colleague.
“Happy 54th birthday to the man who always smiled. We miss you Joey boy!” the team at MI Malta wrote.
Before passing away in 2021, Mr Farrugia held the role of Director for Italy, Australia and Scandinavia at the company. He had been engaged at the company since March 2014.
At the time, the company described him as more than just an ordinary colleague or friend.
“He was a true gentleman and always had a positive word of advice to share even in the worst of times,” MI Malta had said.
