Virtu Ferries Gozo, the first of two operators to announce it would be operating a fast ferry service between Malta and Gozo, has officially released its summer schedule.
Commencing on 1st June, Virtu Ferries Gozo will be serving over 150 trips per week, with a journey time of less than 45 minutes, the company said.
The summer schedule will see the earliest catamaran departing on weekdays from both Mgarr and Valletta at 6.15am, while the last service to depart from Mgarr will be at 9.15pm, and the last service to depart from Valletta at 10.15pm.
On Friday’s, Saturdays and the eve of Public Holidays, a catamaran will depart from Mgarr to Valletta at 11.15pm, and from Valletta to Mgarr at 12.15am.
For weekends and Public Holidays, the first of both the Mgarr-Valletta and the Valletta Mgarr services will commence at 7.15am, while the last Mgarr-Valletta service will commence at 9.15pm, and the last Valletta-Mgarr service at 10.15pm.
