On Thursday, The Phoenicia Malta announced the “well-deserved” promotion of Enya Cassar to Weddings & Events Manager.
“These past 18 months have been a journey filled with positive challenges and experiences at The Phoenicia Malta. The team has helped me grow and push my boundaries to reach my potential,” said Ms Cassar.
Ms Cassar joined The Phoenicia Malta in 2022 and up until her most recent promotion, had held the role of Event Sales Executive.
She added that she is thrilled to join the management team at The Phoenicia, “known for its weddings and events.”
The hotel remarked that Ms Cassar has done a “fantastic job” as part of the Groups and Events department in nurturing and growing the wedding business and is delighted that she accepted the challenge to take the segment to the next level.
The Phoenicia is a five-star hotel that first opened its doors in 1947. It boasts 136 newly refurbished guest rooms set along seven acres of landscaped gardens.
