Charles Cassar, CEO and founder of Malta-based consultancy firm Shoulder Compliance announced that his company has acquired a Sayari licence, a venture-backed and founder-led global corporate data provider and commercial intelligence platform.

Explaining the capabilities of Sayari, Mr Cassar shares that it is able to scan vast amounts of publicly available data from around the globe, including corporate registries and other sources.

With vast data organisation capabilities, it also facilitates the ability to query data, allowing users to search for highly specific points. In addition, Mr Cassar shares that it also automatically collects and retains supporting evidence.

“These are very powerful customer due diligence capabilities that have, for now, been completely inaccessible to Maltese SMEs (and probably even larger players).”
