Megan Noble has been appointed Senior Recruitment Specialist with AX Group. Beginning her new role this week, Ms Noble has worked in Recruiting on the island for close to three years.

Commenting on her new role, Ms Noble said “it has already been a massive pleasure working with Borislava Iordanova Bayyumi, and the Recruitment & HR team”.

The AX Group of companies is a conglomerate operating in four key business sectors: construction; development; healthcare; and hospitality.

Her primary role is to identify current and future needs, advertise job openings across online and media platforms, work closely with the Head of HR and Head of Recruitment on new projects and, lastly, the recruitment procedure.

Ms Noble’s experience in recruiting covers various industries, while she has attended many networking events.

She acknowledges that her passion is meeting and dealing with various people which is why she's become a successful recruiter. Her next goals will be to grow within AX group and advance herself within the Human Resources Department.
