On Wednesday (today), Sean Azzopardi announced that he is now Parter at KPMG after years-long of experience at the firm, including at KPMG US and KPMG UK.
Mr Azzopardi joined KPMG in 2006 and formed part of the Banking and Asset Management cluster within the audit function.
Over time, he oversaw audits for some of the company’s most significant clients within this segment. He was also engaged in auditing manufacturing entities, international business companies and voluntary organisations incorporated in Malta.
Mr Azzopardi’s experience included spending three years with KPMG’s financial services teams in London and New York where he contributed to auditing various global players.
For the past eight years, at KPMG Malta, he had various roles ranging from Senior Manager in 2015 to Associate Director in 2017. His most recent role was that of Director, a position he held for the past four years.
