Human resources veteran Sarah Mamo has been promoted to Human Resources (HR) Senior Manager at professional services firm PwC Malta, she announced on Monday.

Ms Mamo's new position comes after she served as HR Manager across two spells, first serving between 2012 and 2019, then again between 2021 and 2022, before her promotion to Senior HR Manager.

In between her time at PwC, she worked as HR Manager at sales, distribution, and marketing company Alf. Mizzi & Sons (Marketing) Group for two years. Prior to delving into HR, Ms Mamo served as an academic executive at English language school EC Malta, where she was responsible for the day-to-day running of classes.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) from University of Malta, and is particularly skilled in recruitment, analytical skills, event management, public speaking, and management.

With over 660 employees, PwC Malta forms part of the global PwC network, that provides industry-focused assurance, tax, and advisory services to a host of local and international clients. The PwC network includes over 276,000 people working from 157 different countries.
