TATEL, the celebrity-backed Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant co-owned by football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, is set to open in Malta this summer as part of Lifestyle Group’s major new hospitality development in St George’s Bay.
The internationally renowned dining concept already boasts venues in cities including Madrid, Dubai, Ibiza, Riyadh, Beverly Hills, and Mexico City, and is known for combining high-end gastronomy with live entertainment and nightlife experiences.
TATEL’s ownership lineup also includes singer Enrique Iglesias, former San Antonio Spurs star Pau Gasol, and tennis legend Rafael Nadal, with Ronaldo later joining the project as an investor.
The Malta opening forms part of Lifestyle Group’s launch of seven new restaurants, bars, and a beach club in St George’s Bay, in what is expected to become one of the island’s largest hospitality projects this summer.
