ThinkTalent has appointed Robert Sultana as Head of Strategic Growth. The company’s CEO, Mike Roberts, said that “Robert is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, training services and business growth, specialising in strategic talent acquisition and employee development.”
Mr Sultana graduated from the University of Malta with a Business Commerce (Hons.) degree in Management. He followed this with an MSc. in International Business from the University of London, and holds certificates in in the areas of pensions, insurance, trading, and investments.
With regard to his professional career, Mr Sultana was Head of Learning and Business Development at Castille Institute, Head of Business and Marketing at Hypi, and General Manager at Vacancy Centre, a company which was recently acquired by Konnekt.
Mr Sultana said that he’s excited to be joining the company and use his experience in the sector “to play an important role in the company’s growth and development”.
