David Fenech, a qualified pharmacist, brings over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in sales, marketing, and commercial excellence.
At Prohealth, David is being appointed Head of Commercial Strategy, and he will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on the company’s commercial strategy for its pharmaceuticals, dental care, and food supplements’ brands in Malta.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led various initiatives, including marketing launch programs and customer segmentation strategies at both regional and global levels.
David holds a distinction in Sales Management and Marketing, and is known for his expertise in product launches, sales excellence, and people development.
With over 15 years of HR experience, Alexander Barbara will spearhead further development of Prohealth’s HR function, driving key initiatives to enhance talent management and optimise organisational performance across the company as an HR Business Partner.
He brings expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR systems. Mr Barbara holds a degree in Marketing and additional qualifications in HR Practices and Employment Law.
