The University of Malta has appointed Professor Anne-Marie Callus as Rector’s Delegate on Universal Design.

Prof. Callus is an associate professor in the Department of Disability Studies and has been lecturing at the University of Malta for over 13 years.

In a social media post, the Faculty for Social Wellbeing said that “through this new role, Prof. Callus will be collaborating with the Rectorate and with various entities within the University of Malta working at enhancing accessibility and disability inclusion.”

Prof. Callus graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Leeds in 2011.
