Plaza Centres plc has announced the conclusion of the sale of Tigné Place in Sliema for a total consideration of €14 million.

The announcement was made through the Malta Stock Exchange.

In December 2019, Plaza Centres plc had announced it entered into a preliminary agreement in connection with the sale of Tigné Place, which it had acquired in September 2016 for €9.5 million.

The agreement was subject to several conditions prior to the execution of a definite deed of sale scheduled for June 2020, which appears to have been fulfilled.

Tigné Place includes four floors of retail and office spaces located in Triq Tigné, Sliema. The property, which also includes 100 car spaces.
