Pizza Hut Malta has announced that its Sliema outlet on Bisazza Street will be closing its doors on Saturday 30th September, 30 years after it first opened as the popular franchise’s second location in Malta.

Thanking its customers, “who have been an integral part of our journey in Sliema,” the company stated that its “commitment to delivery the best pizza experience remains unwavering”.

It informed its followers and patrons that the outlets in St Julian’s and at the University Campus Hub in Msida will be extending their delivery services to Sliema.

“While bidding farewell to our Sliema store, we are excited for the future and its opportunities,” it said. “We are dedicated to growing and enhancing the Pizza Hut brand: this strategic decision is a testament to that commitment.”

The local franchisee for the US-headquartered franchise is Food Chain Limited, which also manages Burger King, KFC and Boost. It is a member of Farsons Group.
