Bragg Gaming Group, a Toronto-listed gaming technology supplier, has appointed NetEnt Chief Financial Officer Lara Falzon to its Board of Directors.
Ms Falzon’s appointment comes into effect from 1st March, bringing a wealth of financial expertise to Bragg. She is also experienced in listing on New York’s Nasdaq stock exchange, a major goal for the Toronto-listed company in 2021.
While serving NetEnt, Ms Falzon was instrumental in the sale to Evolution, previously known as Evolution Gaming, last September. The 2021 Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 honouree previously served as CFO of Red Tiger, helping to navigate its 2019 sale to NetEnt.
Bragg Gaming CEO Adam Arviv, according to gamingintelligence.com, said:
