Natalie Mazzelli has been promoted to the position of People and Culture Executive at Melita Ltd.
Melita Ltd provides broadband, fixed and wireless connectivity services across the country. The company also owns and operates Malta’s only purpose-built data centre facility. Since its establishment in 1992, Melita has grown to offer services to more than 75 per cent of Maltese households.
Ms Mazzelli first joined Melita in June 2022 as an HR and Training Administrator. Before that, she worked at STMicroelectronics, where she began her career in 2019 as a Training Coordinator and was later promoted to Learning Development Officer.
Her new role marks a significant step in her career within the human resources and people development field.
